How far in advance do I need to make a reservation?
To ensure availability of our car service, we recommend making reservations 24 hours prior to your desired date. If you have an online account, bookings can be made a minimum of 8 hours in advance. For last-minute reservations, please contact us at (201) 368-1000, and we will do our best to accommodate you based on availability.
Can I book a trip online?
Indeed. We have made it simple and easy to book a limo service through our user-friendly online reservation system, which only takes a minute to complete. Please follow this link Limo Booking to access our online reservation service.
Do you provide car seats for children while travelling?
Yes, we can accommodate your needs by providing car seats or booster seats. There is an additional charge of $25.00 for each seat.
How do you meet passengers at the airport?
We have multiple services available:
- Inside Greeting with Sign: Our driver will meet you inside the terminal with a sign bearing your name. There is an additional fee of $15.00 for this service as well as parking fee.
- Curbside or Door Pickup: Our driver will pick you up at the curbside or the designated passenger pick-up area.
- Group Greeting: We can arrange for a representative to coordinate your group at the airport. For more information, please contact our office at (201) 368 1000.
What is your cancellation policy?
To ensure availability, we ask that you provide the following minimum notice for the following types of vehicles:
- 3 hours for Sedans
- 6 hours for SUVs
- 24 hours for Vans
Please note that if you cancel less than the policy notice before your scheduled pickup time, you will be charged a 100% cancellation fee.
Is the pricing for airport transfers determined on a per person basis?
Our airport transfer rates are based on per trip and not per person.
